ATTENTION ALL COURTHOUSE CLIENTS: Please be advised that effective December 1, 2009, most filing fees will increase. There will be a $5 increase in the initial pleading and answer in civil cases and also upon the entry of a conviction or order of supervision in traffic and criminal cases. There are a few exceptions. The new fee schedule is posted. These fee increases are pursuant to County Board resolution #7131.
